  • Please fill in and submit one form for each gymnast.
  • You will receive confirmation by email that your registration form has been received.
  • A Non-refundable deposit of $50.00 will secure your child's space and will be applied to your fees for the last month of the session which is either January or June for the Kindergym, recreational or youth programs and June for the Competitive, pre-competitive, Interclub, and acro-boys program.
  • If you decide not to complete your registration or you withdraw before the end of the session then this deposit will be kept.

    Payment of Fees: Can be dropped off on the first work-out in September 9 or 11.
    1. Submit 5 post-dated cheques (September - January) dated for the 1st or the 15th of each month.
    OR  2. Submit 1 cheque for the full amount (September - January)
    -All NSF cheques subject to a $15.00 service charge. No refunds except for medical reasons. You are registered for the full term of 5 months or 10 months depending on your program.
    -Annual Society Fee and Gymnastics BC Fee are paid in September and will be valid until August 31, 2009.

    You can:
    Bring them to the gym and drop them off to Christina at her desk in the sportshall lobby from now until June 26 or you have until July 31 to fill out this form and then mail to us or drop-off the deposit at the Cameron Sports Desk.

Wings Gymnastics collects and uses your personal information primarily to provide you with the programs, services, products and information you require as a member of Wings. To enable Wings to manage and develop its operations Wings may share your personal information with Gymnastics BC and Gymnastics Canada Gymnastique, and also with selected third parties who are acting on our behalf as our agents, suppliers or service providers. From time to time, Wings may contact you directly or may include information from corporate sponsors whose products, services or information may be of interest to you BUT we will NOT give out your email to anyone without your permission.
 If you do not want to be included on the Wings mailing list, please advise us. Do note that we are using email as our MAIN source of communication to save money on printed material. 
As a registered member of the club, you are also allowing us to use any photos that we take for promotional purposes. No last names will be identified unless permission is granted to publish that information.
As a member organization our Our Privacy Policy is the same as Gymnastics BC and is available at www.gymnastics.bc.ca or by contacting the GBC Privacy Officer.
